The North Bay Capitol
Centre has a legacy of providing a caring and supporting environment for
its employees and volunteers together with outstanding services and
quality theatrical entertainment for its patrons. The Board of
Directors is fully committed to maintaining and enhancing that legacy.
The Capitol Centre
strives to provide a wide range of services in safe, accessible and
welcoming surroundings. The Code of Conduct is intended to promote a
harmonious and respectful working environment; to prevent disruptions to
service and to maintain the security of the Capitol Centre property.
Employees and volunteers are expected at all times to:
participating in Capitol Centre activities are asked to cooperate and
participate in maintaining a positive environment through treating all
individuals with respect and dignity.
Violation of these rules
by any person may result in recovery of costs, suspension from Capitol
Centre services/facilities and possible persecution
Monday through Friday – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturdays – 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
In August, our summer hours are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
On a performance night, the Box Office will remain open until showtime and open one hour before Sunday Cinema (Sunday at 7pm)
