2017 CCMA Spotlight winner Mallory Johnson, has been turning heads in the country music scene, sharing stages with artists like Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Rascal Flatts, and Blake Shelton to name a few. Her debut self-titled EP (produced by Grammy-Nominated entertainer and multi-platinum artist Sammy Kershaw) earned her the 2019 ECMA for Country Recording of the Year and 3 MusicNL nominations for Country Artist, Rising Star, and Female Artist of the Year.

Raised on Icons like Dolly, Merle and Loretta, it’s no surprise that Mallory wanted to pursue a career in country music. However, hailing from NL another genre of music is near and dear to her heart — Celtic music. Mallory started her professional career performing with 6-time MusicNL award winning and ECMA nominated family band ’The Cormiers.’

In September Mallory released two brand new songs as a digital 45 called a ‘Double Shot.’ The project includes the single 'Drunk Mind, Sober Heart' and her new radio single ‘Hungover.’ To support the release of the new music, Mallory is hitting the road in March with reigning CCMA album of the year winners ‘The Reklaws’ on the east coast, followed by a radio/promo tour ‘Songbirds & Heartstrings Canadian Tour’ alongside fellow songwriter and powerhouse vocalist Dani Strong.

Dani Strong is a powerful singer/songwriter who calls both Ontario and BC home. With the 2nd album now complete and set to release in summer 2020, Dani is heading out on her 2nd nationwide tour. The Tour is called the “Songbirds and Heartstrings Canadian Tour.” She is heading out with good friend and fellow songwriter Mallory Johnson. These ladies will be doing an intensive and adventurous tour of radio visits, school talks and intimate small venue performances across Canada from March 23 - April 26, 2020.

Dani’s latest single, ‘Not Right Now’ was nominated for two awards at the International Independent Music Awards held in New York City in June of 2019. Not Right Now has also featured in the film Hometown Holiday. Dani’s debut album, ‘Time to Breathe’ hit #1 on the iTunes country charts and #2 over all genres! The album has earned her multiple nominations, two awards and was the springboard into her career today.
