Week 1: Made in North Bay | July 9 - 13, 2018
What makes our city so great? What does it mean to support local? In the heart of downtown, the Capitol Centre sees it all –chefs, musicians, designers, artists, business owners – working hard and offering their own unique skills to make North Bay a thriving community. This week, campers will get the opportunity to visit different locations each day and observe the crafts of their neighbours. Community gardens, the waterfront, storefronts and more! They will be inspired by what others are doing in the community and make art that encapsulates their surroundings through photo, painting, poem, dance and play!

Week 2: Superheroes | July 16 - 20, 2018
Whether you’re Marvel or D.C., this camp has something for everyone! Wonder women and Super men are invited to create their own characters, write their own comic strips, design and build their own costumes and dive into the storyline of their own inner hero and heroine!

Week 3: Puppet Show | July 23 - 27, 2018
Have you ever dreamed of living on Sesame Street? Wave hello to Big Bird and put a smile on Oscar’s face! For “Puppet Show” week, campers will learn how to design and build their own puppets. Write plays, build sets, shoot a film and have a red carpet premier for your parents. Jim Henson himself wouldn’t be able to resist!

Week 4: The Five Senses | July 30 - August 3, 2018
Smell, Sight, Taste, Touch and Sound…our five senses are the tools we use to learn about anything that catches our curiosity! Campers will have a unique experience discovering the different kinds of reflection, art, and creativity that comes from exercising one sense at a time. By trusting their instincts and letting their imaginations run wild, they will build skills that can be used the rest of their lives!
