Artwork Drop off: Full Circle Community Exhibition

The WKP Kennedy Gallery invites artists of all disciplines to submit work for Full Circle, a community group exhibition exploring the creative possibilities of the circular format. All artworks must be created on a circular surface—but the concept, content, and approach are entirely up to you.
Whether your practice is abstract, figurative, graphic, patterned, or landscape-based, this exhibition offers an exciting challenge: to adapt your style to a round composition
Why the Circle?
A circle is more than a shape—it’s a symbol of unity, motion, continuity, and eternity. It invites both constraint and innovation. It’s also a subtle nod to the Capitol Centre, Betty Spears and WKP logos, reinforcing our connection to community and collective creativity.
By working within this singular form, artists will contribute to a rhythmic and immersive installation that celebrates variation within shared structure. The gallery will be fully transformed into a constellation of circular works, creating a dynamic visual experience for visitors.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- Artists may submit 1 to 3 circular pieces.
- Works of any size and any surface are welcome—canvas, panel, wood, ceramic, textile, paper, or other innovative materials.
- Both 2D and 3D sculptural pieces are accepted.
- Artwork must have hanging mechanism install and ready to hang
- If submitting multiple pieces, please avoid diptychs or triptychs, as we cannot guarantee your works will be displayed together.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Register Your Participation

- To guarentee your slot, email the signed contract to [email protected]
- Alternatively, you can visit the gallery to register/sign these forms in person
ARTWORK DROP OFF ( August 26–30, 2025 between 12-4pm)
- 1-3 artworks ( gallery ready with hanging mechanisms)
- Paper Pattern Template: Please include a paper template that matches the exact size of your circular artwork. This will assist us in planning the gallery layout. Templates can be made from printer paper, newsprint, craft paper, or similar materials.
- Artwork Label Information:Please be ready to provide the following details when dropping off your artwork. A form will be available on-site for you to complete, or you may choose to download and fill it out in advance to submit along with your piece.
