100 Years: Legacy Mural Series

Project Overview
In celebration of North Bay’s 100th Anniversary, the Capitol Centre invites artists and designers to submit proposals for the 100 Years: Legacy Mural Series—a public art project commemorating the city's cultural heritage, natural landscape, and evolving identity.
Made possible through funding from the City of North Bay’s Centennial Legacy Projects Fund, the series will include:
- Six vinyl-wrapped mural panels (3 ft × 4 ft, horizontal format)
- Artworks will be professionally reproduced as high-resolution vinyl wraps and mounted on durable aluminum composite panels
- The mural series will be permanently installed on the rear façade of the Capitol Centre adjacent to Municipal Lot #3, transforming the space into an outdoor art corridor
We are seeking six creatives to contribute one original work each. Submissions should be designed for outdoor public display and celebrate North Bay’s diverse past, present, and future.
