Nipissing University: 2024 BFA Graduate Exhibition

This year’s exhibition showcases the work of eight graduate candidates from Nipissing’s Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) program.
Artists Bayley Coutts, Matthew Dawe, Jada de Jeu, Stewart Duncan, Catherine Jaftha, Hannah Kast, Emi Pines, and Savannah Searle present a diverse range of work that spans the disciplines of drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media. The artworks have been developed over the past year as part of the students’ 4th year thesis work.
In addition to their creative production, the artists have actively participated in the curation and installation of the show, documented the work, and will design and publish a graduate catalogue upon completion of the exhibition.
The exhibition will grace our gallery from March 22nd to April 5th, 2024, with gallery hours extending from Tuesday to Saturday, 12-4pm, and 1.5 hours before all showtimes at the Capitol Centre Betty Speers theatre.
Nipissing’s Fine Arts / Visual Arts program wish to thank the W.K.P. Kennedy Gallery for hosting this year’s exhibition, as well as the local community for their support.
